De scription or Theme of wedding: Traditional Nigerian wedding (aka Wine Carrying) followed the Igbo cultural customs. The Traditional American wedding did not necessarily have a theme but was based on maintaining elegance while joining two families from different parts of the globe.
The most memorable part of your wedding: There was a lot of dancing on both days and I especially enjoyed sharing the dance floor with my new husband.
Did you do anything unique, crazy or fun: Yes, we were able to incorporate Igbo traditional customs and African American customs leading to many wardrobe changes and entrances. That was a lot of fun.
What was the most difficult part about planning your wedding: Uncertainty about tasks delegated to others and the management of them.
What was the easiest part about planning your wedding: Searching and finding vendors.
Any words of wisdom to the couple planning their wedding: Start as EARLY as Possible and take your
time to find vendors and potential venues.
